Chocolate Mug Cake with Al Balsan Microwave

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

- 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder

- A pinch of salt

- 3 tablespoons of milk

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well with a fork to ensure the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mug. Stir until it smoothens, and no lumps remain.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate for added richness and flavor (optional).
  • Place the mug in Al Balsan Microwave and cook on high power for about 1-2 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on Al Balsan Microwave settings, so keep an eye on the cake and adjust the time as necessary to avoid overcooking.
